In 2005, we fully remodeled this home with its owner at the time to include an extensive interior and exterior upgrade.

 

When the house was sold to its current owners, they appreciated the level of craftsmanship and quality that they found in the home and contacted us to begin discussing an expansion that would literally and aesthetically build upon the existing structure and its Bauhaus-inspired style. We further improved the home’s interior layout, this time creating room for a second-story addition.

 

Once completed, the new second floor provided plenty of space for the growing family and a retro-chic outdoor deck that takes full advantage of the westerly sunset. We are proud to consider this home a true, one-of-a-kind, modern work of art.
